The mobile phone is an electronic gadget deployed for mobile telephony and test messaging over a cellular network of purpose-built base stations also known as cell sites. Over 50 mobile operators have more than 10 mln customers each, and over 150 mobile operators have leastways one million subscribers by the end of 2008. The chief mobile phone brands are Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, LG, Blackberry, Apple iPhone etc. Because of the quickly increasing competition on the telecommunication market, buyers can select from a full choice of tariff options to meet their budget and purposes.
